Public Services staff will be at Whole Foods Market-CityLine, 1411 E. Renner Rd., and Huffhines Park, 300 N. Plano Rd. (along Plano Road, in the park) on select afternoons in May to spread the word about the benefits of recycling. One free roll of blue bags will be given to Richardson residents with proof of residency.
