There’s a helpful “Elf” at the Library, and not just during the holiday season—the Library’s free ELF service helps you manage book loans and holds, and avoid overdue fines, through texts alerts and e-mails that are sent before items are due. The service is especially helpful for:
- Anyone who wants to reduce overdue items
- Families with children and lots of Library books
- Individuals with several library cards from various libraries
- Anyone who requests a lot of holds
