RICHARDSON – Early Voting for the November 3 election will be held Oct. 13-30.  Dallas County residents may vote at Richardson City Hall/Civic Center at 411 W. Arapaho Rd., or at any of the other Dallas County early voting locations and Collin County residents may vote at the Richardson Office Complex at 2703 N. Central Expwy., or at any of the other Collin County early voting locations.

People planning to vote early should consider the following:

  • Check the weather and dress/plan appropriately.
  • Vote at off-peak hours to avoid lines.
  • Bring a stool or other portable seating device.
  • Bring bottled water and snacks.
  • Bring a portable phone charger.
  • Wear your mask and social distance.

Early Voting hours for Dallas County residents at Richardson City Hall/Civic Center are Monday-Saturday from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sundays 1 p.m. – 6 p.m. starting Oct. 13.

Early Voting hours for Collin County residents at the Richardson Office Complex are the following:

  • Oct. 13 – 16                     8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Oct. 17                              7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Oct. 18                              1 p.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Oct. 19 – 24                     7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Oct. 25                              1 p.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Oct. 26 – 30                     7 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) will be providing free rides on all DART bus, light rail, Dallas Streetcar, GoLink and Paratransit service, and on the Trinity Railway Express (TRE) between EBJ Union Station and CentrePort/DFW Airport Station on the following days to assist voters:

  • Saturday, Oct. 17 (Early Voting)
  • Saturday, Oct. 24 (Early Voting)
  • Tuesday, Nov. 3 (Election Day)
