Early voting for the Nov. 2 Constitutional and Joint Election began Monday and is taking place through Oct. 29. Both Dallas County and Collin County residents may vote early at Richardson Civic Center/City Hall or any other early voting location in their county.
Richardson residents’ ballots include the proposed $190 million, no-tax-rate-increase municipal bond package, five propositions concerning streets, public buildings, sidewalks, drainage and parks.
