RICHARDSON – The Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), which provides light rail and bus service to many residents in Richardson will begin operating on a modified weekday schedule until further notice starting today, April 6.

All light rail will be operating every 20 minutes throughout the day and all bus routes will have service weekdays except for routes 155 and 887-Rowlett FLEX. (Route 155 customers have access to route 554 and 887 customers have access to the GoLink Service).

DART continues to provide transit service while doing its part to slow the spread of COVID-19.  There are no changes to the Dallas Streetcar schedule nor weekend bus and light rail service. There is also no change to GoLink Service.

Last month, DART temporarily closed its indoor waiting areas at all transit center locations, including the Arapaho Center Station in Richardson, to allow DART riders to follow social distancing guidelines.

The lobby at DART Headquarters (1401 Pacific Avenue) remains closed to the public, including the DARTmart store and the Lost and Found.
