The City Council recognized 12 local, private projects March 1 that are winners in the annual Community Revitalization Awards. The program recognizes property owners’ efforts in the previous year to enhance the community by making significant investments and exterior enhancements to their properties.
The winners include five commercial properties and seven residential properties. They are:
- Dobat residence, 3002 Canyon Creek Dr.
- Dodson residence, 411 Fall Creek Dr.
- Sheff residence, 2214 Sutton Pl.
- Hahn residence, 2107 White Cliff Ln.
- Morgan residence, 516 Lawnmeadow Dr.
- Bailey residence, 1215 Cheyenne Dr.
- Roberts residence, 1905 Drew Ln.
- Digital Realty, 900 N. Dorothy Dr.
- Bishop Barristers, 522 Bishop Ave.
- The Darling Company, 111 E. Polk St.
- Lockwood Distilling Company, 506-512 Lockwood Dr.
- Art Uprising Studios, 707 S. Floyd Rd.
Since its inception in 1994, Richardson’s Community Revitalization Awards program has recognized 289 properties.
