The annual “Culture in the CORE” festival will be held tomorrow, Saturday, Nov. 4, at Main Street Plaza, 105 S. Interurban St., in Downtown Richardson. The free event takes place from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and will feature a variety of international cuisines and merchandise vendors, as well as diverse art displays and multicultural dance and music performances.
