Public Services staff will be at LA Fitness, 1451 E. Belt Line Rd., on select Monday and Wednesday afternoons this month from 2:30-3:30 p.m. handing out free blue recycling bags and spreading the word about the benefits of recycling. One free roll of blue bags will be given out at the events to Richardson households with proof of residency.
