Public Services staff will be out in the community each week this month on select afternoons, handing out free blue recycling bags and spreading the word about the benefits of recycling. Locations include Walmart Neighborhood Market on Buckingham Road and Bike Mart on Campbell Road. One free roll of blue bags will be given out at the events to Richardson households with proof of residency.
