Public Services staff have been out in the community each week this month on select afternoons, handing out free blue recycling bags and spreading the word about the benefits of recycling. Locations include 7th Day Coffee, 743 Brick Row, Ste 350, and LA Fitness at 1451 E. Belt Line Rd. One free roll of blue bags will be given out at the events to Richardson households with proof of residency.
