Public Services staff will be at Calloway’s, 2100 N. Plano Rd., each week in November on select afternoons from 2:30-3:30 p.m. handing out free blue recycling bags and spreading the word about the benefits of recycling. One free roll of blue bags will be given out at the events to Richardson households with proof of residency.
