Meet Cooper Mansur, last year’s winner in the 7th to 9th Grade category of the Black History Month: Celebrating Diversity and Inclusion Art Contest.

There are two weeks left for young artists to submit their entries for the Art Contest. The deadline is Feb. 29.
The contest is open to students in grades 1-12 who live in Richardson or attend school within the city.
