“Clear the Shelters” Helps Richardson Animal Shelter 

“Clear the Shelters,” an adoption and donation event held at the Animal Shelter last month in conjunction with the national “Clear the Shelters” campaign, saw a total of 132 pets find forever homes during August, including 52 Aug. 21-31 when adoption fees were waived (41 percent of the entire month’s adoptions).
