“To Kill a Mockingbird” Opens Next Friday at The Core Theatre

The classic novel comes to life on stage, a coming-of-age story narrated by a young girl named Scout Finch who lives in the fictional town of Maycomb, Alabama during the 1930s. Scout and her brother, Jem, learn about prejudice, morality and empathy as their father, lawyer Atticus Finch, represents a black man who is falsely accused of a crime.
