Beginning Wednesday, June 17, the left lanes of eastbound and westbound Spring Valley Road near the Spring Valley tunnel entrances may be closed from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. while crews install drilled shafts for new overhead traffic signs. 

The closures may affect the left lane of eastbound Spring Valley Road between Los Sancho Street and the west entrance to the Spring Valley tunnel, as well as the left lane of westbound Spring Valley Road between Lingco Drive and the east entrance to the tunnel. 

The work is expected to take up to two days to complete.

The right lane of westbound Campbell Road between Alamo Road and Gateway Boulevard, and the right turn lane of southbound US 75 frontage road onto westbound Campbell Road, may be closed to traffic from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. as fiber optic work takes place. The work is expected to be completed by late September. 

Starting Monday, June 15, southbound Custer Parkway between Renner Road and Pleasant Valley Lane may be closed to traffic at all times as paving and construction work takes place. During the work, northbound and southbound Custer Parkway will be shifted over to the new northbound pavement, with one lane for each direction of traffic. Bike lanes will be closed, and on-street parking will be prohibited within active construction zones. The work is expected to be completed by early August.
