“Robots on Mars” with NASA Solar System Ambassador Tomorrow

For children in grades 3-8. The Richardson Library welcomes NASA Ambassador Michelle Wilde as she presents, “Robots on Mars: From Sojourner to Perseverance,” featuring fun facts about Mars, why we are exploring Mars, when humans will travel there, and the amazing scientific experiments being conducted on “The Red Planet” right now.

Children in grades K-4 are invited to work on reading skills and meet some loveable companions by reading to live therapy dogs! Kids attend independently for a 10-minute session with one dog. All ages are welcome to meet the dogs at 4 p.m.
