Repertory Company Theatre Hosts Auditions Tomorrow for 2026 REP Company
Audition for Repertory Company Theatre’s REP Company 2026—the RCT directors cast all main stage shows from the Company, which last year numbered 84. Call Backs will be held Jan. 11 beginning at 1:30 p.m. Note that Repertory Company Theatre is a non-equity theater; no stipends are given to performers in main stage shows.
“To Kill a Mockingbird” Opens Next Friday at The Core Theatre
The classic novel comes to life on stage, a coming-of-age story narrated by a young girl named Scout Finch who lives in the fictional town of Maycomb, Alabama during the 1930s. Scout and her brother, Jem, learn about prejudice, morality and empathy as their father, lawyer Atticus Finch, represents a black man who is falsely accused of a crime.

City’s Annual Photo Contest Begins Next Friday Morning
The City’s annual photo contest opens next Friday, Jan. 9, with entries accepted through Sunday, Jan. 25. Sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department, the contest is open to both residents and nonresidents, and is divided into three competition groups (Student, Amateur Adult and Proficient Adult).
