Arts and Culture Master Plan Reviewed by City Council
At Monday’s City Council work session, consultants presented the final draft of the City’s Arts and Culture Master Plan, the result of a year-long process involving research, community engagement, analysis, and visioning. This is an update to the Cultural Arts Master Plan, adopted in 2013, and serves as a long-term guide for the growth and development of arts and cultural initiatives in Richardson.

Traffic Box Art Contest Winners Announced
The five winners of the City’s fourth annual Traffic Signal Box Art Contest were recognized at Monday’s City Council work session. Each received $200 and a certificate, and their artwork will be turned into vinyl wraps that will be installed on traffic signal boxes at key Richardson intersections.
