The fourth annual “Chalk the Walk” Art Contest will take place at the upcoming Cottonwood Art Festival Oct 4-5. Artists age 12+ have the opportunity to create a masterpiece of their choice on the sidewalks of Cottonwood Park with a chance to win up to $500 in cash prizes.
