“Texas Winds” Gives Mini Concerts for Isolated Audiences
Texas Winds Musical Outreach, a local nonprofit funded in part by the Richardson Cultural Arts Commission, has posted three mini concerts on its website of some of the organization’s musicians performing from their homes.
