Water Customer Service is looking for an individual who can work in close contact with the public to process utility billing, accounts receivable and other miscellaneous cash receipts. Prepare daily deposits and meet daily deadline for courier pickup of bank deposits. Handle a high volume of cash, check, and credit card payments. Provide switchboard backup and assist customers in establishing new service, new meters, and two-way cleanouts. Cross train in customer billing position, as assigned. Accurately process installation of new customer accounts, disconnection of service and transfer of deposits in the utility software program. Perform other related work as required. High school diploma or GED required.

The Eisemann Center is looking for an individual who can execute guest artist logistics for events and activities scheduled at the Eisemann Center, including production schedule, artist wrangling, ticketing, hospitality and catering, ground transportation, day-of communication liaison, etc. Effectively functions and participates as part of event staff. Perform other related work as required. High school diploma required. Some college courses in arts, marketing, hospitality, or communication desired.
