A massive replica of the City’s Public Safety Campus, built entirely out of LEGO bricks, is now on display in the Richardson Police Department lobby.
Last night, city leaders and community members gathered for an unveiling of the art piece.
It was created by Garland Police Detective John Capers, who spent nearly 200 hours, three months, and more than 30,000 LEGO pieces to complete.
The display, made possible through the generous support of the Richardson Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association , is available to view in the Richardson Police Department lobby during regular business hours.
