Due to an increase in material because of last week’s July 4 holiday, recycling collection will not be completed today in some neighborhoods in the Richardson panhandle. Crews will complete as much as possible today, but they will not be able to complete collections along their entire routes. They will start again tomorrow morning at 7 a.m. to complete collections before the end of the day tomorrow.
