City Photo Contest Winners Announced

The City’s Parks and Recreation Department has announced the winners in the 2026 City of Richardson photography contest.

• Student Division 
  Addison Howell – “Gummy Bear” – Wildlife 

• Proficient Division 
  JD Luttmer – “Vikten Reflections” – Waterscape
