Road work on Waterview Drive between Belt Line Road and Arapaho Road is scheduled to begin next week, weather permitting. The work is part of the City’s 2024 Asphalt Overlay Project.
The work along Waterview includes asphalt milling, concrete pavement repair, asphalt overlay, pavement markings, sidewalk repair and barrier free ramp improvements. It is expected to be complete by summer 2026, depending on the weather.
Signs will be installed along the construction path to notify drivers and the neighborhood about any lane closures and changing traffic conditions.
