There’s still time to nominate properties for the 2025 Community Revitalization Awards, the City’s annual program recognizing property owners who have made significant improvements that enhance the community. Eligible entries include homes, retail and commercial buildings, churches, and schools.
Projects considered for nomination may include:
- Dramatic improvements to properties or structures
- An exemplary level of refurbishment
- Total redevelopment of a property or structure
- Infill development
Since the program was created by the City Council in 1994, nearly 350 properties have been recognized.
Nominations are due by 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30.
