The Richardson Police Department’s Unidos Program helped several students prepare for the last day of school with its Summer Safety Kickoff. The inaugural event was held this week at Cottonwood Park.
Students participated in free games and food, while playing soccer with some of the department’s School Resource Officers.
Unidos is a Hispanic community outreach program designed to provide assistance to Spanish speaking residents in the Richardson area.
