If you like NYC, history and/or architecture, don’t miss the next Lunchtime Lecture Tuesday, July 16 from 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. in the Basement Program Room of the Richardson Public Library. Richard Cudlipp will be presenting part 1 of a two-part series that explores the politics and the building of the famous bridge. Part 1 is entitled, “The Need, Roebling’s Solution and Dealing with Boss Tweed and Tammany Hall.”
